Toby Hired helps recruiters view limited candidate context in the AI tools they already use. It is not an ATS, job board, or automated hiring decision system.
The current version is a private development environment. The v0.1 core has synthetic data and two read-only tools only. A private local test has confirmed Claude Code connecting to a fixture and isolation between two organizations, but it does not prove production installation, client OAuth, or access from hosted Claude or ChatGPT. These guides prepare a safe setup without promising account availability or real data.
